About Our Ads Advertisement Advertisement Advertisement The FSView named junior forward Wrianna Hudson this week's 'Nole of the Week. Hudson was named the 2025 NCAA College Cup Offensive Most Outstanding Player after scoring the game-winning goal in the NCAA championship game , helping lead Florida State to its fifth national title.

A native of Rochester, New York, Hudson led the Seminoles last season with 12 goals and six game-winners, earning Second Team All-ACC honors before being named to a U.S. Women's National Team development camp roster in January. She hasn't slowed down this season, netting three goals across her first eight appearances.

Hudson shared insight with the FSView on her life beyond the field, change of scenery, life at FSU, and her game day favorites in this week's 'Nole of the Week feature.

Florida State women's soccer junior forward Wrianna Hudson is this week's 'Nole of the Week. From New York to a national title FSView Q : What made you choose FSU, considering you're from New York?

Hudson : Well, my mom is from Florida, and I was always down here for some sort of tournament. But also, the coaches were just really amazing, and I knew the team was filled with amazing girls who were so good and were always people I looked up to so much. So as soon as I got here, I knew that this is where I wanted to be.

Q : What's your favorite memory at FSU so far?

Hudson : I would have to say definitely winning the national championship . Being on a team full of girls that I absolutely loved and just winning it with them was just amazing.

Q : What do you want to see out of the rest of the season, both as an individual and as a team?

Hudson : Individually, I just want to work on having confidence when I'm playing and being an animal when I'm out there, just never second-guessing myself on the field and doing what I know I can do. As for us as a team, I just really want us to continue to build our relationships together on the field and create more chances and have that chemistry so we can continue to win and score more.

Q : What's your favorite pregame and postgame meal or snack?

Hudson : Postgame, I feel like my favorite thing we get is Little Masa.

Q : What is one hobby, or something outside of soccer, that you like to do?

Hudson : I really like to find new movies to watch and watch them with my friends.

Q : If you could play any other sport, what would it be and why?

Hudson : Definitely tennis. My sisters and I used to always play that when I was younger and it's really fun.

Q : If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?

Hudson : I would say Greece. When I was younger, I was really interested in mythology, and I just think it would be really interesting to live there with all the architecture and history.

Q : If you could switch lives with anyone for one day, who would it be?

Hudson : I'd say Beyoncé, cause she's talented and she can sing.

Q : If you could have dinner with any three people, dead or alive, who would they be?

Hudson : Rihanna, Chadwick Boseman, and Denzel Washington.

As the season continues, Hudson is looking to keep building on last year's title run. The 'Noles travel to North Carolina to face Wake Forest University on Oct. 15.
